MA Psychology, Psychotherapist MPF

Languages: English • Hungarian

Sessions: Central Copenhagen or online

Fees: Individual 1.000 DKK

My journey to becoming a psychotherapist started with my own emotional struggles as a teenager. At that time a teacher of mine inspired me to try meditation and I discovered it helped me to find some sense of stability. I also started to learn about psychology those days. The foundation of my work is the person-centered approach, which focuses on building a connection that is based on genuineness, empathic understanding and unconditional positive regard. I did further training in experiential psychotherapies and sometimes I offer techniques to my clients to connect with emotions and feelings that might be difficult to put into words. I have a daily meditation practice, I enjoy learning about philosophy and walking.

I hold an MA in Psychology from Eötvös Loránd University (Budapest, Hungary) and a Person-Centered Counselor Certification from the Hungarian Association for Person-Centered Psychotherapy and Counseling. I am a member of the Danish Psychotherapist Association (Dansk Psykoterapeutforening).
