Grief & Loss
Make room for grief and explore how to live with the changes that follow a death, separation, or other significant loss.

Therapy for grief and loss
Grief can follow a death, a relationship ending, illness, a move, or a future you thought you would have. It may come in waves, or feel strangely absent. You might be functioning at work while finding the quiet parts of the day unbearable.
Therapy gives you somewhere to bring the loss without having to make it more manageable for other people. We can talk about the person or life you miss, what has changed around you, and how you are carrying it. There is no schedule for feeling better and no correct way to grieve.
Sometimes the work is about making room for pain. Sometimes it is about guilt, anger, practical changes, or finding a way to remain connected to what mattered while life continues. We will follow what is important to you.
