Child Therapy
Give your child space to express what they are experiencing and get support with emotions, relationships, and everyday difficulties.

Child therapy and support for parents
When a child is struggling, it can show up in many ways: big reactions, worry, withdrawal, difficulties at school, or changes at home. Children often cannot explain what is happening in the way adults can. Therapy gives us time to understand their experience and how the adults around them can help.
The work depends on your child's age and needs. It may include play, conversation, creative activities, and meetings with parents. We look at the child's relationships and everyday environment as well as the immediate concern. Parents are an important part of the process, even when some sessions are just for the child.
We begin by learning what you have noticed, what your child says about it, and what you have already tried. From there, we can discuss whether therapy, parent guidance, or another kind of support would be most useful.
Next Step: Contact us to discuss your child's age and what you are seeing.
