Support for children and parents

Your child is having a hard time, and you are trying to work out what they need. Perhaps mornings regularly end in tears, school has become difficult, or small changes lead to reactions that feel impossible to settle. You may be exhausted from trying different things and still unsure what helps.

We begin by listening to what you have noticed and learning about your child's age, development, relationships, and everyday environment. Together, we can explore what may be driving the difficulty and what kind of support makes sense.

The work may include parent sessions, individual meetings with your child, or a combination. Depending on the clinician and your child's needs, sessions can use play, conversation, or creative activities. Parent guidance can focus on understanding reactions, setting workable limits, supporting emotions, and making routines more manageable.

We also make room for your experience as a parent. It is easier to respond thoughtfully when your own needs and limits are part of the conversation.

Next Step: Contact us with your child's age and a brief description of your concerns.
