Existential psychotherapy

Some difficulties cannot be solved by finding the right technique. You may be wrestling with a choice, a loss, loneliness, uncertainty, or the sense that the life you are living no longer feels like yours.

Existential therapy gives us space to examine how you are living and what matters to you. We might talk about freedom and responsibility, relationships, identity, meaning, death, or the limits you cannot simply think your way around. The work is thoughtful and honest. There is room for confusion and for questions that do not have a tidy answer.

This does not mean we ignore the practical parts of your life. We look at how larger questions show up in everyday decisions, habits, and relationships. The aim is to help you live more deliberately within the reality you face.

Next step: Book an introductory call to see whether this way of working feels right for you.
