Authorised Psychologist
My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that each person’s experiences are unique. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I work collaboratively with clients to understand their individual needs, strengths, and goals. I aim to balance reflection and insight with practical strategies that can support meaningful change in everyday life.
I work with adults and teenagers facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, stress and burnout, relationship difficulties, trauma, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Whether you are struggling with something specific or simply feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, therapy can provide an opportunity to better understand what is happening and identify new ways of moving forward.
Alongside my clinical work, I volunteer at the Danish Stalking Center, where I support people who have experienced stalking and its psychological impact. This work has deepened my understanding of trauma, safety, and recovery, and strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care.
I also have a background in work and occupational psychology, having specialised in this area during my studies and worked with organisations to promote psychological wellbeing in the workplace. This experience has given me a broader understanding of how work can influence our mental health, relationships, and overall wellbeing.
I offer therapy in Italian, Danish, English, and German, and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe to explore difficult emotions, gain greater self-awareness, and build the confidence and resilience needed to navigate life's challenges.
Outside of my work as a psychologist, I enjoy staying active through sports and spend part of my time working as a ski instructor. I also love cooking, playing board games, and unwinding with reality TV.
