Anxiety Test: GAD-7

When worry follows you through the day, it can be difficult to judge how much it is affecting you. You might find yourself replaying conversations, expecting something to go wrong, or struggling to settle down.

This free, seven-question self-check asks about anxiety symptoms over the past two weeks. It is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Your results appear immediately, without providing your name or email address.

Understanding Your Anxiety Score

The GAD-7 is a widely used questionnaire for screening and monitoring anxiety symptoms. Your score indicates whether the symptoms covered fall within the minimal, mild, moderate, or severe range. It cannot diagnose an anxiety disorder or explain what is causing your symptoms.

Consider your result alongside your daily experience. Is worry interrupting your sleep, making decisions difficult, or stopping you from doing things you want to do? These difficulties deserve attention, whatever your score.
