Therapy for interpersonal skills

You might know what you want to say and still lose the words when someone disagrees. Perhaps you say yes too quickly, leave difficult conversations unfinished, or explain yourself so much that your point gets lost. These moments can affect work, friendships, and close relationships.

Therapy can help you identify the situations you find difficult and practise responding in ways that feel clearer and more manageable. We might work on asking for something, saying no, expressing hurt, listening during conflict, or repairing a misunderstanding.

Sessions can include talking through a recent interaction, trying out language together, and looking at the feelings that make a skill hard to use. If speaking up feels dangerous or disagreement brings shame, we can explore that as well.

We will consider your communication style, cultural context, and needs. The aim is to help you take part in relationships with greater clarity and choice.

Next Steps: Book an introductory call and tell us which interactions you would like help with.
