Therapy for depression and low mood

When your mood is low, even ordinary things can take more effort. You may feel flat, irritable, hopeless, disconnected from people, or critical of yourself for not managing better. There does not have to be one obvious reason.

Therapy is a place to take your experience seriously and look at what may be keeping you stuck. We can explore losses, stress, relationships, old patterns, and the way low mood changes your days. Depending on what you need, sessions may focus on making sense of what you feel, rebuilding routines and connection, or taking small steps toward things that matter to you.

We will work at a pace that fits the energy you have. You do not need to present a convincing case that things are bad enough.
