Village Therapy was founded in 2025 for the international community of Denmark to access a wide spectrum of psychotherapy services.
We believe:
You deserve a space where your story is understood.
Therapy should be welcoming, warm, and culturally aware.
Support works best when it feels human.
Healing happens together with yourself and your community.

Many of the clients I see are doing well on paper but feel constantly on edge, disconnected, or exhausted underneath it.
When people first come in, they often worry they’re overreacting or that something is “wrong” with them for not coping better. But what I notice is a person who's been carrying a heavy load for much too long.
In sessions, I pay attention those things that don't seem to be serving you. How stress shows up in the body, how those stress responses keep repeating even when they no longer help.
Progress usually looks like incremental, real shifts. Sleeping a bit better. Reacting more aligned with your vision of yourself. Feeling more choice in moments that used to feel chaotic.

I am a Copenhagen-based Hungarian psychologist working with children, adolescents, and their families.
My approach is grounded in exploring how emotional and relational experiences shape development. I aim to offer a safe, attuned, and supportive therapeutic space where children and teens can engage with their inner world at their own pace and gradually feel more at ease with themselves and the world around them.
I see parents’ inner experiences as an important part of the therapeutic process. I value working closely with parents, creating room to think together about the child’s emotional world and relationships, and to deepen understanding of both the child’s experience and the parents’ own responses.
I offer sessions in English and Hungarian, and welcome families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
