MA Dramatherapy

I’m a Creative Arts Therapist (MA Dramatherapy), and I offer a supportive, client-led space where you can show up exactly as you are. My work is rooted in creativity, but that doesn’t always mean paintbrushes and props, sometimes the most powerful thing is simply having the space to talk and be heard.

I work mainly with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, identity, relationships, and the general messiness of being human. Having experienced moving abroad and rebuilding life from scratch myself, I understand how disorienting (and transformative) change can be; from homesickness and self-doubt to figuring out where you belong.

Alongside my work with adults, I have extensive experience working with children and teenagers, particularly those navigating emotional, behavioural, or developmental challenges. I offer a gentle, creative approach that meets young people where they are, helping them express themselves in ways that feel safe and accessible.

In sessions, I may gently weave in creative elements like storytelling, somatic practices, imagination, or self-care tools, always at your pace. You don’t need to be “creative” to work with me, just curious.

Outside of therapy, I can usually be found sea swimming, attempting to look cool while bouldering, or picking up a book before scrolling on my phone.

I’m fully accredited with IACAT and committed to ongoing supervision and learning, ensuring I hold a safe, grounded space for the people I work with.
