Visit our booking page to select a clinician. Then you'll select one of their services, a date and a time. Then you'll provide a few pieces of information.

For intro calls, no card information is gathered. No matter who you book with, your therapist will let you know if they think another therapist would be a better fit for you.

For your first intro session, you may be asked to have card information on file.

Cancel with no fee no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to cancel with 24 hours notice, your therapist may incur a fee of no more than the session cost.
