psychotherapist
I hold an MA in Psychology from Eötvös Loránd University (Budapest, Hungary) and a Person-centered counselor certification from the Hungarian Association for Person-Centered Psychotherapy and Counseling. I am a member of the Danish Psychotherapist Association (Dansk Psykoterapeutforening).
My journey to becoming a psychotherapist started with my own emotional struggles as a teenager. At that time a teacher of mine inspired me to try meditation and I discovered it helped me to find some sense of stability. I also started to learn about psychology those days.
The fundamentum of my work is the person-centered approach, which focuses on building a relationship that is based on genuineness, emphatic understanding and unconditional positive regard. I did additional training in experiential psychotherapies and sometimes I offer techniques to my clients based on these approaches to help them connect with bodily sensations and emotions.
I have a daily meditation practice, I enjoy learning about philosophy and dancing.
